The Terms and Conditions listed below apply to the sale and purchase of goods between you and Darling Diva. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. By ordering any product from us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions can be changed without any prior notification and it remains the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with them prior to placing an order.
When completing your purchase, a billing statement including 'DARLING DIVA' and the country code such as 'HK', 'Ireland', etc. would be displayed on the payment page and/or your card statement.
All purchases will be processed by our respective entity in the corresponding country as indicated by the country code in the billing statement and are governed by the Local Law.
Orders & Pricing
Our products are all hand-made with love and attention to details, but we know they are not always perfect. If you are not 100% in love with them, you can submit a return or exchange request within 30 days from the order delivery date.
All return shipping costs are paid by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. We don't provide return shipping labels at this time. Please ship out the package with a courier that provides tracking numbers, as it allows both parties to track shipping updates.
The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable unless otherwise informed by our customer service team.
All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
If a return does not adhere to the requirements, it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
Need a different size or color? We will gladly accept any exchange request made within 30 days of order delivery date. Just follow the steps listed above to make the request. The exchanged item(s) will be shipped out within a week after your return package arrives at our warehouse.
You can choose to receive the refund via your original payment method.
We will initiate the refund within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the condition of your return package. You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your returned package is processed. Refund time for credit/debit card payments varies depending on your bank. Please allow up to 7 business days for it to show up in your bank account.
Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect
It is possible however that we will on occasion be unable to fulfil your order immediately. If this is the case we will inform you immediately with details of any delays or issues there may be.
Please note that every care is taken in maintaining this website but errors and omissions in the information, availability and prices may occur. We will try to show actual product pictures where possible but some may be for illustrative purposes only.
Responsibilities of the Customer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information given on your order form is complete and accurate. Where information given by the customer is incomplete, misleading or incorrect the customer will be liable for any costs involved in resolving the matter. The Customer is not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish any item / image / content on the website.
Please note that after placing an order you will receive an automatic email confirming the order. However, this receipt does not constitute a contract, and DARLING DIVA reserves the right to cancel any order for reason including, but not limited to, inability to authorize a credit card, insufficient stock, or suspicion of fraud.
Please note that DARLING DIVA does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.
